By enrolling in this group coaching membership, you agree to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions or listen to monthly recorded content to the best of your ability to get the most out of the program.
• Follow the group coaching community guidelines as outlined in the program to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all members.  
• Participate fully in the group and be open to new ideas, be present and prepare to take action together with other members to increase your chances of success.
• Be responsible for your own success and implementation of objectives during and in between sessions.
• Be responsible for your own decisions made outside of the program.
• Understand that all of your information will be held as confidential unless otherwise stated by the Coach in writing, except as required by law.
• Keep the confidentiality of all the participants.
• Understand that the courses, events, methodologies, materials, frameworks, success roadmaps and content shared in the membership are the proprietary intellectual property of Nicole Andrews International, LLC and are not authorized for distribution in any form (all rights reserved).  Third party links, articles and resources may be available inside of the membership and will be referenced as such.
• Be aware that you can choose to discontinue and cancel future payments for coaching at any time, but a full refund would only be available within the first 30 days after your enrollment in the program.  After your first 30 days, Monthly members can cancel anytime 7 days prior to their next monthly renewal date.  Annual members can cancel 7 days prior to their next annual renewal payment date. VIP Lifetime members are unable to cancel after the first 30 days due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to lifetime member only bonuses.
• Understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your physical, mental and emotional well-being, including your choices and decisions.
• Understand that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and you will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy.
