However, you're encouraged to plan your schedule accordingly and participate during the live sessions to get the best results from your group coaching membership. Coaching can impact not just your career, but other areas of your life including your health (i.e., stress) and relationships. This is your time to invest in your growth, so you can show up more fully, more excited and more motivated in all areas of your life.
After enrolling, all members will receive access to the group coaching portal.
All members will have unlimited access to the course, coaching, community and other exclusive content and bonus materials upon their release as long as you’re a member of The Career Disruptor® Academy.
Bonuses will be delivered after your first 60 and 90 days in the membership (see group coaching portal for release dates after you join).
Since this isn't a one-on-one coaching program, there isn't one-on-one feedback unless specified in your membership level. However, you'll have access to the private community connection hub to post questions for the group and I to collectively respond to, support and provide encouragement throughout your journey. I'll also hold two live monthly group coaching calls to coach around a specific topic to help you take action, implement and answer your questions live or in the community connection hub. You'll feel supported during and in-between sessions to reach your goal and you can even request a "Hot Seat" for quick on the spot individual coaching during the Live calls.
You can also email [email protected] for any questions related to technical concerns, portal access, etc. You can request a career consult call link to discuss individual coaching packages for one-on-one and more personalized support at [email protected]. Members receive additional discounts on my individual coaching packages, masterminds and events.
There is a no hassle cancellation process.
Monthly Members:
Monthly members who are still within 30 days of their original purchase date can request a full refund by emailing [email protected]. Monthly members can cancel at any time thereafter through their membership billing account page or by emailing [email protected] 5 days prior to your next billing date to request a cancellation and ensure you're not charged for that next billing period.
Annual Members:
Annual Pay in Full members can cancel and receive a full refund within 30 days of their original purchase date. Refunds will not be issued for annual members after the initial 30 days due to the immediate access to some exclusive Annual member only bonuses. Annual members will receive a notification within 30 days of your auto-renewal date if you need to make a change in your payment method or cancel your annual membership prior to next year's renewal.
Lifetime Members:
Lifetime members have 30 days to cancel and request a full refund. Refunds will not be issued after the initial 30 days due to the immediate access to some exclusive VIP lifetime member only bonuses.
All Members:
No refunds are offered on past prior months after the initial 30 days due to the digital nature of the program.
